Linking your class live to Alaska Sea Life Center

STEMLinc linked 57 Ormond PS students who are learning from home by video conference to Alaska this morning!  Eat or Be Eaten is a wonderfully engaging program where students explore the relationships between animals in the Alaskan environment.   Here is what teacher Michael had to say afterwards: ‘Hi Joanne, The session was awesome. We will be doing a follow up with  kids. Very interesting and well worth  the while. The kids were fascinated. Thanks.’

Above: Did you know that whales swim in a circle blowing bubbles to trap their fish dinner!
